Society of Sponsors — Gesellschaft der Förderer
The Bochum University of Applied Sciences has a quite active independent Society of Sponsors. The official — registered — name is
    Gesellschaft der Förderer der Hochschule Bochum, e.V.
We support the "Hochschule Bochum" in the fields science, research and teaching with purely non-profit purposes.

All persons, companies and institutions devoted to Hochschule Bochum in any respect are warmly welcome as members. The non-material aspect of that engagement will be equally valued as the financial support.

We support Hochschule by:

• laboratory equipment
• theses
• student's projects
• support the best
• scholarships and fellowships
• excursions
• public and foreign relations

Since its founding Gesellschaft der Förderer spend more than 3 Mio. Euro for a better education. Besides supporting Bochum University of Applied Sciences and its students it has had a benefit for the whole region.
